Greg McGraw, Chief Executive Officer
Greg McGraw is the interim CEO and financial strategist for the Company through a consulting arrangement with TechCFO. Mr. McGraw was formerly a director of Chain Reaction Ecommerce. Mr. McGraw has over 25 years of financial and operational leadership with a successful track record as CEO, CFO and COO of both public and private technology companies including IBM/ROLM, Tie Communications, Convergent Communications, Telemate.Net Software, Cypress Communications and BroadRiver, Inc. In 2004 and 2005, Mr. McGraw was named one of the 50 Top Entrepreneurs in Atlanta by Catalyst Magazine. McGraw has a strong M&A, turnaround and restructuring background coupled with ‘hands on’ start-up experience. Mr. McGraw has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting from George Mason University in Virginia. He is a member of the Atlanta CEO Council, the Technology Association of Georgia and is on the board of the Southeast Software Association.
Salvatore Iozzia, Chief Visionary Officer
Salvatore Iozzia started Chain Reaction Ecommerce as a advertising design firm that made the transition to online design and web hosting in 2000. Specializing in OSCommerce since nearly its inception, Sal grew Chain Reaction through involvement in the OSCommerce community and eventually created the CRE Loaded version of OSCommerce due to demand. After several years and versions of the free CRE Loaded product, supported by the community, Sal successfully transitioned the product to a pay model with professional support. Sal has worked as a web developer for over 10 years and as part of open source ecommerce community since 2001.
Michael Fuller, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Fuller has over 25 years of business and management expertise with experience in Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology and Product Development. Most recently Michael was Vice President of US Operations for a Nurun Inc., a global interactive marketing agency. Prior to this Michael held roles as Director of Operations for Moxie Interactive, and Director of Product Development at America Online. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Product Development at Cox Enterprises’ Autotrader.com and Director of apple.com the flagship site of Apple Computer.
Scott M. Pranger, EVP of Global Sales and Marketing
Scott Pranger is an entrepreneurial senior executive with over 20 years experience in information technology and software combining sales, marketing, and general management skills. Pranger was recently Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Atlanta-based ILC, and later at DataPath, following the company’s acquisition. Pranger oversaw sales booking growth of 294% during the 3-year period between 2005 and 2007. Prior to ILC, Pranger was Chief Operating Officer and served on the Board of Directors for Atlanta-based Magnet Communications. Pranger attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale was inducted into their Business Hall of Fame in 2004.
